SMMD Logistics – Dropshipping Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the dropshipping services offered by SMMD Logistics ("SMMD," "we," or "us") to its partners ("Partner," "you," or "Seller") operating in or targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our platform, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

SMMD Logistics offers a comprehensive dropshipping solution, including: Local and international product sourcing Centralized warehousing and fulfillment Courier and shipping integration Cash on Delivery (COD) handling Profit settlements and financial services Bilingual customer support (Arabic & English) No inventory is required. Partners sell first and pay later, benefiting from SMMD’s deep understanding of the Saudi market.

3. Product Selection and SKU Policy

Sellers can choose products from our catalog or request specific items for sourcing. All submitted SKUs must be valid and confirmed. If a SKU is invalid or unavailable at the time of fulfillment, SMMD reserves the right to use an alternate, similar product (alternate SKU) to complete the order and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Order Placement and Fulfillment

Orders must be submitted through the official SMMD logistics portal or platform. Optional order confirmation support is available at 3.5 SAR per confirmed order (proof provided); no charge applies to canceled orders (with valid proof). SMMD uses automated courier matching from a network of 20+ delivery partners for optimal shipping speed and cost. Delivery fees start from 20 SAR per order. SMMD monitors all shipments through its Quality Control Center and informs sellers of issues that may affect delivery performance.

5. Customer Support

SMMD handles all post-delivery customer service, including support, complaints, and returns. Sellers are not responsible for customer follow-up after delivery.

6. Financial Settlement & Profit Payout

Weekly settlements are issued with a detailed profit statement. The first shipment payout will be made after 10 working days following confirmed delivery. Bank transfers will only be initiated after profit statement confirmation, and will be processed within 2 working days. Official holidays and non-working days will be observed in accordance with KSA labor law and may impact financial processing timelines. Disputes regarding the profit statement must be raised within 12 hours of receiving the statement by emailing finance@smmdlogistics.com. Disputes raised after 12 hours will not be accommodated. Once a bank transfer has been initiated, no changes to the profit statement for that settlement period will be entertained. However, sellers may still raise a dispute via email within 24 hours of the transfer. SMMD reserves the right to void any dispute it deems unjustified or lacking merit.

7. Bank Transfer & Fees

All bank transfer-related fees (including intermediary or international charges) will be borne entirely by the receiver (seller). SMMD will only initiate bank transfers after the profit statement has been shared and acknowledged by the seller. Any financial request made outside of email (e.g., via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call) will not be accommodated. All financial communication must go through: finance@smmdlogistics.com

8. VAT & Legal Compliance

A 15% VAT is applied to all SMMD services in accordance with Saudi tax regulations. Sellers are responsible for any legal obligations regarding product marketing, pricing, or resale in Saudi Arabia.

9. Returns & Replacements

Returns are handled according to the policies of SMMD and its courier partners. Return handling charges may apply and will be communicated in advance. In the event of a return or cancellation initiated or confirmed by the merchant (seller), SMMD will not be held responsible for any resulting loss, delivery fees, or refund obligations. SMMD will assist in logistics-related return issues but assumes no responsibility for merchant-initiated cancellations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be submitted in writing via official email. SMMD will review and respond to disputes within 3–5 business days. Final decisions on disputes rest solely with SMMD Logistics.

11. Limitation of Liability

SMMD shall not be held liable for losses arising from merchant errors, false advertising, customer complaints due to misrepresentation, or the misuse of the platform. SMMD reserves the right to pause, delay, or cancel services due to violations of these Terms or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Modifications & Updates

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
